With over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of supporting organisations navigate complex regulatory environments, Vito has partnered with Boards, executives and senior leaders to strengthen governance, enhance risk maturity and build resilient organisations.

Vito is recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused solutions that align governance, risk and compliance with strategic objectives. Combining deep technical expertise with hands-on industry experience, Vito helps organisations improve decision-making, manage emerging risks and meet evolving regulatory expectations.

Serving as a fractional Chief Risk Officer / Head of Risk and Compliance, providing strategic risk leadership to organisations across a diverse range of industries

Designing, implementing and enhancing enterprise risk management frameworks, including facilitating Board and executive risk workshops and developing risk appetite statements and governance structures

Delivering independent assurance and audit services, including AML/CTF Independent Evaluations, regulatory compliance reviews and specialised internal audits for organisations in the financial services, education and other regulated sectors

Developing and delivering tailored governance, risk and compliance training that equips Boards, executives and employees with the knowledge and practical skills to effectively manage risk and meet regulatory obligations; and

Advising organisations on governance and risk transformation initiatives that strengthen accountability, improve organisational resilience and support sustainable growth.
